Education: RN from an accredited program (AD/diploma/BSN). Licensure in the applicable state, plus required certifications such as BLS; additional unit-specific credentials may be required. This role emphasizes accountability and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS required within 30 days; various certifications may be required depending on unit.
• Experience: Certifications listed as applicable to position/unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
