Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to standards.
• Provide care based on physician orders and the nursing plan of care; ensure policy adherence.
• Delegate and supervise nursing activities and promote continuity of care.
