Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in an acute care setting within the last 12 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan appropriate nursing care across units.
• Implement the care plan and coordinate with the health care team.
• Document care, monitoring patient progress and updating plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family education and ensure high-quality nursing standards.
• Participate in shift handoffs and maintain accurate, timely records.
