You will lead daily huddles, promote evidence-based practice, coordinate care transitions, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Three or more years of acute care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship for the Medical/Surgical Department.
• Lead daily huddles and coordinate department operations.
• Promote evidence-based practice and quality/safety initiatives.
• Support onboarding, competency validation, and staff development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan care and improve processes.
• Coordinate patient care transitions and telehealth initiatives.
