Franklin Primary Health Center, Inc. seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the Medical Department’s nursing services. You will coordinate patient care delivery through nursing supervisors and ensure clinical policies align with organizational goals.

You will recruit, orient, and train staff, maintain licensure and certification readiness, and oversee quality assurance activities. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Five+ years of clinical management and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and administrative capabilities.
• Active Alabama RN license required; BSN preferred.
