Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience required.
• Associate Degree is required; BSN preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• 50% of the role is patient-focused care and 50% administrative duties.
• Assist with admissions and discharges to maintain throughput and quality.
• Coordinate with management to monitor nursing care and service quality.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and staff development activities.
• Assist with inventory control and equipment management.
