Job summary

Methodist Hospital, part of Park Nicollet Health Services, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Float Pool. The RN coordinates and delivers safe, quality care, collaborating with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree and MN RN license with BLS certification; BSN is preferred and expected within two years of hire. 0.75 FTE rotating days/nights, every third weekend.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Minnesota required.
• BSN preferred and expected to be obtained within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages the episode of patient care in partnership with patients, families, and other providers.
• Coordinates and supervises care delegated to nursing assistants and unlicensed personnel.
