Job summary

Advocate Health IL Float Pool is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN to cover multiple facilities across Illinois. This self-scheduled, night-shift role offers 12-hour shifts and flex-air site rotations to support patient care needs.

Candidates must have a nursing program grad, an RN license for Illinois, BLS and ACLS, and at least two years of Med/Surg experience. The position provides exposure to varied settings and a path for career growth within Advocate Health.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Med/Surg nursing care across multiple sites as needed.
• Float between departments and facilities per self-scheduling and rotation demands.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to policies across Advocate Health IL Float Pool.
