Job summary

Advocate Health WI Float Pool is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide adaptable, high‑quality Med/Surg care across multiple facilities in Wisconsin. This role involves self‑scheduled day-to-day floating or six‑week rotations, with 12‑hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and a 0.9 FTE full‑time commitment.

Candidates must have an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS; ACLS is required. The position offers competitive pay, shift premiums, and benefits through Advocate Health.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; and ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience required
