Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (PCA) to join the patient care team. You will work under the direction of the Registered Nurse and perform PCA tasks with proficiency, including glucose monitoring, EKGs, dressings, aseptic technique, and emergency response using Heartsaver CPR and AED skills.

Prior PCA/CNA experience is preferred. The position is per diem with rotating shifts on the 7 South Med/Surg unit, including weekend and holiday rotation,

Formación

• Must have current Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior PCA/CNA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RN with clinical tasks such as blood glucose monitoring, EKGs, and dressing changes.
• Respond to patient and family needs and support unit operations as needed.
