Job summary

Haywood Regional Medical Center is seeking a Med/Surg Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate care in a 39-bed unit. You will work alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, supporting patient needs and safety with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Mandatory CNA listing in NC, high school diploma or equivalent, and BLS credentials are preferred. Join a team focused on high-quality patient care and community health.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA certification and NC listing.
• BLS certification preferred or required.
• Ability to think critically and act decisively.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
