Mercy Cincinnati is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to assure delivery of safe, high-quality care while meeting productivity and financial goals. You will lead staffing, collaborate with physicians and administrative partners, and drive process improvements across units.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, accountability, and mentorship to frontline nurses. You will manage evenings/nights and partner with the Staffing Office to optimize patient flow and bed management.

Qualifications

• RN license in the applicable state (Ohio).
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality care and appropriate staffing.
• Collaborate with physicians, management and staff to improve care.
• Oversee patient flow, bed management and shift coverage.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to uphold Mercy standards.
