Responsibilities

• Assist RN and other healthcare team members with care delivery as assigned.
• Provide patient care needs (hygiene, nutrition, elimination, comfort) and perform unit-specific advanced skills as required.
• Answer call lights promptly and document care in the EMR.
• Participate in unit performance improvement initiatives and charge reconciliation.
• Transport supplies, medications and equipment as assigned.
