Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks a Full-Time Medical Surgical BSN Nursing Instructor to partner with Community Health Systems in Fresno. You will deliver clinical site, skills and simulation education to students, coordinate clinical rotations, and ensure outcomes are met.

Commitment to adult learning principles and timely feedback is essential. Responsibilities include assigning and supervising clinical experiences, maintaining records, and supporting program reports.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid, unencumbered California RN license.
• Master’s degree with coursework in nursing, education or administration.
• Minimum four years RN experience with recent clinical practice; teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Clinical site, Skills and Simulation education to students in Fresno.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experience in assigned health care facilities.
• Evaluate student performance against clinical outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver instruction aligned with curriculum and department policies; use online tools as needed.
