bodenvy Pinecrest is seeking a Med Spa Patient Consultant to guide prospective clients from inquiry to sale. You will build trust, assess goals, present tailored treatment plans, discuss pricing and financing, and close revenue opportunities.

Ideal candidates are competitive, confident, and results-driven with a passion for an exceptional client experience. You will also support front desk operations and help maintain a clean, professional clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong consultation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospective clients.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, payment options, and financing solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to assess goals, needs, and treatment interests.
• Educate clients on Bodenvy's services and treatment options.
• Present customized treatment recommendations and packages.
• Discuss pricing, memberships, and financing options.
• Convert consultations into sales with a client-focused approach.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients with follow-up.
• Re-engage leads and previous clients to maximize revenue.
• Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Document client interactions and sales activities precisely.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through initiation.
