Responsibilities

Welcome and room patients, verify appointment details, and ensure comfort.
Take and document medical history, consent forms, and treatment notes (HIPAA compliant).
Assist providers during injections, laser procedures, and skincare treatments (within scope).
Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms and instruments.
Capture before/after photos and maintain proper photo documentation.
Assist front desk team with scheduling, payments, and patient communication.
Help manage clinical inventory, including injectables and skincare stock.
Receive, unpack, and organize shipments.
Maintain safety, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
Educate patients on post-care instructions and treatment expectations.
