Job summary

Bodenvy in Atlanta, GA seeks a results-driven outbound call center specialist to join our fast-growing medical spa team. You will make outbound calls to warm leads, handle inquiries, ask discovery questions, educate prospects, and book consultations that show up ready to convert.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with high-volume dialing, have strong communication skills, and are self-motivated. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; evening and weekend availability is required.

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.

Compensation

$15/hour base
