Avelure Med Spa, part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc. (AMP), is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, patient experience, and team performance at the Avelure location. This onsite leadership role offers growth into practice management and an elevated service culture.

You will partner with the Practice Manager to oversee front desk, scheduling, inventory, compliance, and member engagement, driving revenue and guest satisfaction in a luxury med spa setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa operations, or high-touch service environments.
• Experience in leadership roles such as Assistant Manager, Front Desk Lead, Spa Manager, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily med spa operations and support the Practice Manager.
• Oversee front desk flow, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and daily readiness.
• Supervise team, delegate tasks, and optimize workflows across the practice.
• Support inventory, supplies, and ensure readiness of treatment rooms.
• Uphold AMP policies, procedures, SOPs, and HIPAA-conscious practices.
• Partner with Marketing on promotions and community outreach.
• Coach and develop team members, participate in recruiting and performance conversations.
