Advanced MedAesthetic Partners’ Avelure Med Spa is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, enhance patient experience, and drive growth at the Kansas City location. The role collaborates with the Practice Manager to supervise front desk, scheduling, and team performance.

Candidate should have experience in medical aesthetics or a related high-touch service environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for luxury service.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa operations, or luxury service environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional communication with patients, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily med spa operations and oversee front desk flow and appointments.
• Support the Practice Manager and optimize provider schedules and workflows.
• Coach and develop team members, participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Drive patient experience, retention, and local growth initiatives.
