Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing a med spa or medical aesthetics setting, with regenerative medicine experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years of management experience in a med spa, medical aesthetics practice, or similar healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting or managing regenerative medicine services is required.
• Familiarity with regenerative treatment workflows, patient coordination, and terminology.
• Demonstrated experience supervising staff, coaching performance, and managing daily practice operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, patient flow, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Lead, train, and support front-office staff and patient coordinators; coordinate with clinical providers.
• Support regenerative medicine services through organized scheduling, patient communication, and coordination with the clinical team.
• Ensure patient-facing information accurately reflects provider-approved services, expectations, and treatment plans.
• Oversee patient inquiries, consultations, follow-up, and service concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Monitor practice performance, including revenue, expenses, appointment utilization, and patient retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen patient relationships, and support sustainable growth.
• Maintain consistent administrative processes for patient records, privacy, and documentation.
• Coordinate clinical questions and treatment concerns with licensed providers.
