Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the Houston location.
• Lead and train front desk staff, providers, and support teams.
• Ensure high-quality client experiences and satisfaction.
• Manage schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct lead follow-up consultations as needed.
• Meet and exceed monthly service and retail goals; coach team to meet goals.
• Support providers in sales and consultations; implement SOPs and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company protocols.
