Job summary

PLACEM!NT Recruiting partners with an established Fort Myers med spa and wellness practice to recruit a hands-on Med Spa Manager who will own daily operations.

This on-site leadership role requires someone who can coach staff, optimize floor operations, and partner with clinical leadership to grow revenue and membership programs.

Benefits include a base of $60k-$70k plus monthly performance incentives, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and a stable clinic schedule in Fort Myers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a location-level business in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, elective healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based retail.
• Experience leading a team of 4+ across front-of-house and service roles.
• Track record of hitting and improving KPI-based goals: revenue, memberships, rebooking, utilization, or conversion.
• Available for on-site work in Fort Myers, FL and Saturday coverage as needed; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily rhythm of the practice: staffing, scheduling, team huddles, and floor execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop front desk and service teams to standards.
• Track KPIs and report performance to regional leadership.
