Viva, Austin's premier day and med spa, is seeking a Med Spa Patient Coordinator to join our nurturing team focused on delivering five-star hospitality. In this role you will coordinate front-desk operations, support aesthetics services, and help maximize guest satisfaction and revenue through smart rebooking and upselling.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of spa experience, exceptional communication skills, and a calm, warm demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional spa experience.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays with a rotating schedule.
• Strong sales focus with KPI-driven performance.
• Warm, calm, nurturing demeanor with professional communication.
• Comfort using MS Office or Google Drive to coordinate bookings and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of our med spa services, including laser treatments, injectables, and other advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments.
