Job summary

Sanctuary Medical Aesthetic Center in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Front Desk ambassador who drives a premium client experience. You will educate clients on Sanctuary's treatments and products, manage daily operations at the front desk, and support a fast-paced med spa with a client-first mindset.

The role requires a strong customer service background, experience in medical aesthetics and dermatology, and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of high end customer service experience.
• 1 year medical aesthetics experience.
• Previous experience in a dermatology office setting.
• Must meet US employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone and via text/email inquiries.
• Educates clients on Sanctuary’s services, products and treatment options.
• Exudes a positive attitude in a fast-paced med spa.
• Oversees daily schedule to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Answers and screens calls, schedules appointments, and forwards messages to staff.
• Monitors voicemail, email inquiries and text messages throughout the day.
• Checks clients in/out and schedules follow-up visits.
• Prepares required medical documents for patients through EMR.
• Stays calm under pressure and finds solutions quickly.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of spa areas, lobby, front desk and back of house.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry and ready to serve as a brand ambassador for Sanctuary. Our Front Desk oversees daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish and educate clients on Sanctuary's treatment options and products.

• Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of spa including relaxation areas, lobby, front desk and back of house
