Job summary

Sanctuary Medical Aesthetic Center in Boca Raton, Florida, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our dermatology team on a part‑time basis. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions, perform skin exams and biopsies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Physician Assistant licensure in the State of Florida.
• NCCPA certification required.
• Dermatology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience performing dermatologic procedures preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Interest in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive skin exams and cancer screenings.
• Conduct dermatologic procedures within scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in patient education initiatives and community outreach activities.
• Support practice growth through exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Physician Assistant who is passionate about dermatology and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers the opportunity to evaluate, diagnose and treat a wide variety of dermatologic conditions while developing long‑term patient relationships within a thriving practice environment.
