Job summary

Sanctuary Medical Aesthetic Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our dermatology team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate, diagnose and treat dermatologic conditions, perform skin exams and cancer screenings, and assist with cosmetic dermatology within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited PA program with Florida licensure and NCCPA certification, with dermatology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Florida licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• NCCPA certification required.
• Dermatology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive skin examinations and cancer screenings.
• Conduct dermatologic procedures within scope of practice (biopsies, cryotherapy).
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on disease management and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and participate in patient education.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Physician Assistant who is passionate about dermatology and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

This role offers the opportunity to evaluate, diagnose and treat a wide variety of dermatologic conditions while developing long‑term patient relationships within a thriving practice environment. The Physician Assistant will work closely with physician leadership and clinical staff to provide comprehensive dermatologic care while contributing to the continued growth of the service line.

The ideal candidate enjoys practicing medical dermatology while collaborating with an experienced aesthetic team to provide comprehensive patient care. An interest in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine is preferred and offers additional opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive skin examinations and skin cancer screenings.
• Conduct biopsies, cryotherapy and other dermatologic procedures within scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on disease management and prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in patient education initiatives and community outreach activities.
• Support practice growth through exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Physician Assistant licensure in the State of Florida.
• NCCPA certification required.
• Dermatology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience performing dermatologic procedures preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and clinical excellence.
• Interest in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine preferred.
