Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a Medical Laboratory professional to join our hospital laboratory team. The role supports the Laboratory Information System, ensures quality workflows, and provides essential technologist services across chemistry, hematology, microbiology and serology.

Required is a bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited program, and a Florida technician license in microbiology, serology, clinical chemistry,

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Creates an optimal environment for the Medical Laboratory personnel to provide quality patient care. Serves as Assistant to the Laboratory Information System Manager. Assists in all aspects of implementing and maintaining the Laboratory Information system. Provides the technology, supplies, policies and procedures for quality work. Serves as an interface with administration and clients. Assists the Section Head in assuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements set forth by TMH, TJC and CAP. A120
