Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our on-site lab team in Tallahassee, FL. The role requires Florida licensure and a Bachelor’s degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.

• Bachelor's degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
• Licensed by the Florida Board as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist with specialties in clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, or serology.

• Monitors testing activity and evaluates work quality.
• Monitors training and performance of colleagues.
• Manages materials and resources.
• Provides a communication interface across teams.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and fosters teamwork.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution

Required Experience:

• None

Required Certification/License/Registry:

• Licensed by the Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 483 (Health Testing Services), Part I (Clinical Laboratory Personnel) with added specialties in clinical chemistry, and/or hematology, and/or microbiology, and/or serology.
