Job summary

The Guidance Center of Lea County seeks a Med Clinic Program Manager to implement success strategies and proactive support for clients and customers, aligning workflows with performance metrics and revenue cycle objectives.

You will lead a team, analyze data, expand client accounts, reduce churn, and ensure quality control while partnering with internal departments to improve loyalty and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, insurance billing and at least three years in revenue cycle.
• Must pass CYFD/FBI fingerprint clearance check to maintain employment.
• Must pass and maintain a Driving Record clearance in accordance with GCLC policies and procedures.
• Waiver may be granted for individuals with extensive experience with target population or supervisory experience.
