The Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest quality care by administering medication and treatments safely. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Essential Duties

Supporting our Mission, Principles of Service, and Core Values, the role includes but is not limited to:

• Medication Administration: Administer medications safely, document appropriately, and ensure confidentiality. Assist with medication updates, monitor resident responses, and maintain medication carts and rooms.
• Resident Care Communications: Notify of concerns, participate in meetings, and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Risk Management and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, report incidents, and practice infection control protocols.
• Team Success: Participate in team activities, training, and engagement programs, and attend meetings.
• Core Competencies: Make decisions in residents' best interest, remain calm under pressure, handle priorities, communicate effectively, and demonstrate good judgment.
• Experience & Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid), at least 18 years old, and previous senior care experience preferred.
