Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required.
• Valid CPR, First Aid and Food Handlers cards required (can be acquired during hiring).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, meals) per care plan.
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records per policy and procedures.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and handle housekeeping tasks as described.
