Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the ESTOM infrastructure and related security tools.
• Administer MECM/MECM and WSUS patching.
• Oversee enterprise security, patching, and monitoring tools.
• Provide technical guidance for incident resolution and change management.
• Lead a government-facing team, ensuring SLAs and performance metrics.
• Deliver period reporting and status updates to management and customers.
• Drive projects from concept to completion across multiple initiatives.
• Support integration of systems into the ESTOM environment.
