Job summary

Inserso Corporation is seeking an ESTOM Technical Team Lead to provide 24x7 IT operations support for government customers, guiding patching, deployment and security tools administration. The Lead will develop, review and execute O&M methods, monitor performance, and ensure repeatable, sustainable IT services while fostering professional growth of team members.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, able to obtain a Top Secret clearance, and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and ability to pass DHS E-Verify.
Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
5+ years of progressively responsible IT experience.
5 years in senior Tools Administration and/or Information Security roles.
Experience with MECM/SCCM and WSUS; exposure to Intune.
Proficiency with Windows collaboration tools (OneNote, Teams, Power BI).
Proficient in ServiceNow and cloud administration (Azure/AWS).
Security monitoring and enterprise tooling experience.

Responsibilities

Lead ESTOM infrastructure operations, including monitoring, patching, deployment, and security tool administration.
Manage a team across multiple projects and ensure SLAs are met.
Provide technical recommendations and resolve complex issues.
Direct activities for government enterprise projects with staffing and process oversight.
Provide status reports and risk assessments to customer and management.
Lead deployments and troubleshooting across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
Coordinate incident response and post-incident reporting.
