Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support USSOCOM ELMS ICP implementation and enterprise logistics management across Special Operations Forces.

The role emphasizes project leadership, policy guidance, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in logistics or related field, with 10+ years in DoD/federal programs, a Secret clearance, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in logistics management, supply chain or related field.
• Secret clearance required on day one.
• PM Certification and 2-3 years with demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects.
• Minimum 10 Years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or Logistics, INCLUDING:
• Minimum 3 years of item management experience
• Minimum 3 years Major Command to Headquarters staff experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in material management utilizing an LIS
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a government or civilian project or team lead.
• DAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certified

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and implements USSOCOM’s ELMS ICP structure within the ELMS Enterprise Design Implementation.
• Oversee ICP personnel within their program and synchronize efforts with the larger USSOCOM vision.
• Provides logistical, financial and IT subject matter expertise on ELMS ICP implementation.
• Plans, manages, and coordinates logistics supply chain support within the item management function.
• Oversees integration of supply, maintenance, spares procurement, and QA into logistics activities.
• Assists PEO/PSM to establish acquisition milestones and monitor providers.
• Analyzes planning documents to determine acquisition scope and performance criteria.
• Implements Integrated Logistics Support plans and milestones as directed.
• Ensures consideration of factors impacting the logistic supply chain including new tech and training.
