Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Mechatronics Technician I for the Annville Fulfillment Center in Annville, PA. You will join a maintenance team supporting automated equipment to maximize uptime and performance at Hershey’s state-of-the-art facility.

You'll troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate robotic and automated systems, read schematics, document work, and collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure top reliability and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Certificate in Industrial Systems Technology.
• 1–3 years of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and monitor electrical and mechanical automated systems with limited supervision.
• Complete accurate, timely, and thorough job documentation according to Hershey protocols.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams; maintain continuous system operation.
• Use SAP to create maintenance work requests and manage parts/time in WOs.
