Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Lewisberry, PA is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to repair and maintain automated packaging and distribution equipment, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operations across a busy facility.

You will troubleshoot MHE, perform preventative maintenance, and follow strict safety procedures while handling belts, motors, pneumatics, and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• 2+ years of MHE conveyor systems, or Amazon’s Apprenticeship program.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 2+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on MHE, including belts, motors, relays.
• Maintain a positive working relationship across Amazon Operations facilities.
• Move up to 49 lbs, stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours, climb ladders and gangways, and reach as needed.
