Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment and mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, completing preventive maintenance with documentation, troubleshooting MHE,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• 2+ years of experience in repairing material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience performing predictive and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours with or without accommodation.
• Possible travel up to 20% at a minimum.
