Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician for on-site work in Monee, IL. The role supports the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building, with opportunities to install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

You will mentor junior technicians and contribute to safety compliance, documentation, and inventory control while supporting up to 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of repair experience on material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE including belts, motors, sensors, relays and more.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
