Job summary

The Cushman & Wakefield team in Lima, OH is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the facility.

You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, ensuring safe operations and reliable performance. The role requires hands-on technical skills and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in repair of material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 1+ years reading electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures to promote a safe work environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation and troubleshoot MHE equipment.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts usage.
• Mentor junior technicians to support skill growth.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the facility.
