Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team across the building, repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in MHE or automated conveyors, 2+ years in predictive and preventative maintenance, and experience reading blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years experience in predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation and troubleshoot MHE.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain cross-functional communication.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
