Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician for our U.S. facility. The role supports the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building.

You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Key responsibilities include safety leadership, preventive maintenance documentation, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and managing work orders with labor

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems and controls.
• 2+ years performing predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 1+ years reading blueprint and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation and troubleshoot MHE issues.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
