Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

This role requires hands-on experience with MHE, electrical and electronics principles, CMMS usage, and strong documentation skills. A flexible schedule is required in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• 1+ years of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation; troubleshoot electrical/mechanical problems in MHE.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with data on labor hours, maintenance, and parts used; track inventory.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
