Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Responsibilities include safety, preventative maintenance with thorough documentation, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and mentoring junior technicians while collaborating across the Operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repair experience of material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems.
• 2+ years predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation; troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used; track inventory.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
