Job summary

Amazon in San Antonio, FL is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment and mentor junior technicians.

Typical shifts include Front Half, Back Half, Front Half Night, and Back Half Night. Candidates must have 2+ years in MHE maintenance and a flexible schedule; benefits start Day 1, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 2+ years repairing MHE or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 2+ years troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE.
• Move up to 49lbs and work shifts up to 12 hours with/without accommodation.
