Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Miami, FL seeks a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, install and service automated packaging lines, and mentor junior technicians.

You will promote safety, complete preventive routines with documentation, and troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment.
• 2+ years predictive and preventive maintenance experience.
• Associates or higher in mechanical/electrical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE including belts, motors, relays and sensors.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians and participate in safety procedures.
• Move up to 49lbs and work shifts up to 12 hours, travel up to 20%.
