Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling and pneumatic systems across the building. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment and mentor junior technicians.

The position emphasizes safety, documented maintenance, and collaboration with the facility team, with potential travel up to 20% and on-site work at multiple locations in the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedules/shifts including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• 2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, with or without accommodation.
• Possible travel up to 20%.
