Royal Technologies Corp. in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Mechatronics Maintenance Tech to keep our injection molding and automation equipment performing at peak. You should have electrical, mechanical and hydraulic experience, PLCs or robotics, and enjoy hands-on troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
Training begins on first shift (8am-4pm) for 2–4 months, then move to 2nd shift (4pm-12am) or 4x10s (2nd: 4pm-2am). Strong teamwork, safety focus, and clear communication are essential.

A Mechatronics Maintenance Tech at Royal is an essential role to keep our manufacturing equipment performing at its best. We are looking for someone who has electrical, mechanical and hydraulic, controls (PLCs), and or robotics experience. If you love getting your hands dirty, troubleshooting and problem solving equipment issues in production- this is the job for you!. Based out of our Hudsonville-Quincy facility, this position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Training will take place on 1st shift (8am-4pm) for 2-4 months, based on experience. Once trained, you’ll move to 2nd Shift : 4pm-12am. We also offer a 4x10's shift (2nd: 4pm-2am).
