Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering related field with hands-on maintenance/engineering experience.
- 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance/engineering with troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and industrial controls; strong problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide multi-site maintenance leadership, standardize practices and KPIs.
- Lead reliability programs, RCAs, FMEA, and downtime reduction.
- Develop/optimize PLC/HMI, robotics, and automation with safety compliance.
- Apply AI/digital tools for predictive maintenance and data analytics.
- Manage projects, vendors, FAT/SAT, and training for new systems.
