Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with required experience.
Six years of Python and C/C++ experience including embedded software.
Three years with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker).
Three years with source control platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Gerrit).
Three years designing automated test frameworks and pipelines with TestRail, Polarion, JIRA.
Two years automotive embedded systems and CAN/Ethernet.
Two years Linux and AUTOSAR.
Two years ASPICE and ISO 26262 awareness.
Two years HIL and co-simulation testing.
Willing to report to local office; up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

Design and architect robust testing strategies and automation for mechatronic ECUs.
Align CI system design with VMEC requirements and platform architecture.
Communicate CI vision, roadmap, and improvements to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Identify enhancements to CI systems, test infrastructure, and quality processes.
Improve reliability, test coverage, and feedback speed.
Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams on test strategy and CI adoption.
Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
Work under a hybrid policy with three days in-office and two days remote.
