Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a Systems Engineer for the Mechatronic group to translate stakeholder needs into system requirements and drive design alignment across Product Management, Solution/System Architects, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software teams.

You will spearhead KPI tracking, interface control, and safety integration while supporting feasibility studies, design reviews, and test plan approvals for compliant, traceable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in eliciting and generating requirements for complex systems/subsystems.
• Proven track record in product development lifecycle for complex systems.
• Strong collaboration and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to gather goals and KPIs.
• Translate product goals into system/subsystem requirements and docs.
• Support safety analyses and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and customer meetings.
